Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in its original, unused condition: unopened, untouched, and with all original packaging intact.

How to Request a Return:

Email us at info@lorrero.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will confirm your eligibility and provide return instructions.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

Products that have been opened, used, filled with fuel, or show signs of wear are not eligible for return under this policy.
